The visionary behind the EcoFroce Global movement, Charles has bought together the components in the tree and kelp growing and planting industries together to create a unique Win Win Win opportunity for all involved. Through the collaboration all stakeholders are engaged profitably to create a sustainable long term infrastructure that has the capacity to plant billions of trees.
Experienced in creating consumer supported initiatives that have lead to over 1 million donors and 100 million to charity, Charles vision is compelling and exciting to be a part of.

Tracy Alder – Co Founder – Head of International Operations
As Co Founder of Rural Aid and a wealth of life experience in rural Australia, Tracy has a deep affinity with rural communities. Her understanding of the challenges agricultural operations faces drives her to help improve farming sustainability and the natural environment embracing tree planting and regenerative agriculture as a pathway to future profits and land management practices.
As Head of Operations, Tracy works closely with all stakeholders to provide clear communication, meet operational KPI’s and drive brand awareness and market. She believes all levels of the community have a role to play is sustaining our environment.
Tracy is an experienced program creator with a deep understanding of process and the importance of strategic outcomes to drive efficiencies and operational excellence.
Lawrence Pereira – Global Head in Strategic partnerships & Licensing
As the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships & Licensing, Lawrence is spearheading the international development of the EcoForce business model. Lawrence is refining and expanding EcoForce’s sales teams to include Affiliates, Licensees, and Agents across New Zealand and multiple countries, ensuring that each unique offering is met, sales revenues are maximized, propelling EcoForce into global markets.
With over 25 years of business experience across multiple continents and industries, Lawrence and his team are growing sales channels for trees, catering to both individuals and large corporate partners committed to their ESG ambitions with transparency and clarity. This EcoForce model when combined with significant PR opportunities, becomes crucial for stakeholders committed to establishing validated green reputations.
An experienced master franchisor and business owner with extensive knowledge in Retail, Marketing, and Sales, Lawrence’s unique international connections and passion for EcoForce’s mission are driving growth and corporate partnerships.
